职位描述： 

1. Design analog/mixed-signal circuits based on system requirements and other constraints; Supervise layout and self layout; Evaluate/debug design on silicon 

2. Define functional and performance requirements of analog IC blocks by working with system/application engineers and customers 

职位要求： 

1. Graduate level courses in advanced analog design, RF design, data converter design, digital design, analog layout

2. Have experience in precision analog layout and complete circuit layout 

3. Good communication and team working skills 

4. Design experiences in one or more of the following fields are highly desired 

a) Analog conditioning circuits: precision band gap (with trimming module), current source reference, low noise high precision op-amp, precision comparator, switch-capacitor circuit (integrator, multiplier, etc.) and continuous time design 

b) Data conversion systems: Pipeline, Sigma-Delta, SAR, and other analog-to-digital converters; high-speed and/or high-precision DAC 

c) Precision analog layout experience. Familiar with CAD tools, LVS, DRC, antenna rule, dummy rule, tiling rule in deep sub-micron process, device matching considerations, electron migration rule, etc. 

d) Silicon verification experience. Familiar with lab equipment use such as oscilloscope, precision voltage/current measurement, spectrum analyzer, audio analyzer, digital analyzer, etc.
