Title: Imide-Functionalized Polymer Semiconductors for High-Performance
Organic Thin-Film Transistors and Solar Cells
The talk focuses on development of imide-functionalized polymersemiconductors and their device studies in organic thin-film transistors and solarcells. N-type polymer semiconductor achieves electron mobilities greater than 1cm2/Vs, and p-type polymer semiconductor shows hole mobilities greater than 1.0 cm2/Vs. Newly developed p-type polymer semiconductors not only show high hole mobility, but also enhanced device air-stability. Preliminary device tests achieve a power conversion efficiency greater than 6% in inverted polymer solar cells with an open-circuit voltage (Voc) approaching 1.0 V.
郭旭岗博士毕业于兰州大学和美国University of Kentucky ,目前为Northwestern University博士后研究员。郭旭岗所在的研究小组长期致力于萘二酰亚胺功能化的高分子半导体的研究。制作出性能优异的有机薄膜晶体管和太阳能电池。相应研究成果发表在先进材料(Advanced Materials)封面,国际上多家媒体报道了他们的学术成果。
