Zhang Min, Ph.D., associate professor, doctoral supervisor, Shenzhen Graduate School of Peking University, Shenzhen Overseas High-level Talents "Peacock Program" Type B talent, Shenzhen Nanshan District Pilot talent Type B talent. IEEE Senior Member, International Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, SID Member, International Society for Information Display. Dr. Philip C. H. Chan, PhD, Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology; M.S. and B.S., Department of Microelectronics, Xi 'an Jiaotong University. After graduation, she joined the semiconductor industry in Hong Kong and engaged in the design and development of advanced integrated circuit devices. In 2012, she joined the School of Information Engineering, Peking University. As the project leader, she undertook and completed several projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, innovation and Entrepreneurship Special projects of Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Commission, and basic research layout projects. She has published more than 119 SCI and EI indexed international papers, more than 10 international conference invitation reports, and more than 10 patent authorization.

Current research topics include: flexible and stretchable electronics (device and circuit integration), carbon-based nanoelectronics (devices and mechanisms), bioelectronics integration (biosensors and system integration), synapse-like devices (device and application integration), wearable devices (skin-like sensors and energy devices), advanced displays (micro-display VR chips and flexible displays).
