Jiao Hailong, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Shenzhen Graduate School, Peking University, Doctoral Supervisor. He received his bachelor's degree in electronic information science and technology from Shandong University in 2004, his master's degree in microelectronics and solid state electronics from the Institute of Microelectronics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2008, and his Ph.D. in electrical and computer engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2012. He joined the Department of Electrical Engineering at Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands in September 2013 as a Tenure-track Assistant Professor and was offered a tenured faculty position in September 2016. Since February 2015, he has also been a visiting researcher in the 3D Integration Department of the Center for Microelectronics (IMEC) in Leuven, Belgium. In January 2017, he joined the School of Information Engineering of Shenzhen Graduate School of Peking University full-time. Dr. Jiao is currently a member of the Editorial Board of the Elsevier Microelectronics Journal (MEJ) and the World Scientific Journal of Circuits, Systems, and Computers (JCSC), and has long served as a member of the Technical Committee of several IEEE/ACM international conferences such as ISVLSI, SOCC, ASP-DAC.

Dr. Jiao Hailong's main research direction is low-power and high-reliability VLSI and system design, focusing on ultra-low voltage circuit design, fault-tolerant system design, approximate computing, in-memory computing, application of machine learning in VLSI, 3D integrated circuit design, flexible electronics, carbon-based electronics, etc. He has published more than 70 papers in international journals and conferences in related fields.
